The Lyceum boasts several renovated historical spaces to host your events with plenty of parking – 200 vehicles – for your guests. Rental of any of these spaces includes tables and up to 550 gold Chivari chairs.
The Lyceum Lobby
Your guests will enter the Lyceum at Lee through the main lobby of the old high school. At nearly 5,000 square feet, our spacious lobby is the perfect place to welcome your guests with a reception, registration or cocktail hour prior to your event.
The Auditorium
The Auditorium is our primary and largest event space. Located directly off the lobby with multiple doors for entry and exit, the Auditorium features a tiered floor with four levels as well as a balcony and a stage. A 500-watt, three-way sound system with subwoofers, a 16-channel digital board and 2 wireless microphones are available.
The Library Apartment
Located in the old school library is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom apartment that sleeps 10-15 and rents nightly, making it convenient to prepare for and attend your event and stay onsite.
The Bandhall
The 2,000 square-foot Bandhall is another beautiful space to hold a rehearsal dinner or cocktail hour prior to your event.
The Greenroom
The Greenroom is the most comfortable, convenient space to host your VIPs prior to a large event.
Catering
Allow us to put our experience to work for you. We’ll assist you every step of the way to plan seating options, crowd flow and ideal food and beverages. We offer buffet dining, banquet-style plated meals and cocktail party setups with impeccable presentation.
